At your initial consultation, your expert instructor will review your health history, ask about your previous exercise experience, and learn about you and your health goals.
Your instructor will then explain how slow-cadence, high-intensity strength training works and how to get the most out of your session.
Next, your instructor will properly fit you into the machines, teach you the technique, and coach you through your first workout!
You will leave The Strength Shoppe with a thorough understanding of how you can experience all the benefits of exercise in one 20 minute session each week!

The super slow technique and watchful eyes of the trainer work together to prevent injury and make sure that you're still getting in a fantastic workout, even while recovering.
